The groundbreaking phase may not be the most glamorous, but it’s arguably the most important. The coordination between the architect, civil and structural engineers, excavation teams, and foundation experts sets the stage for a successful build. As structural engineers, we play a vital role in ensuring that every element below ground supports what will soon be a stunning luxury home above it.
While this phase will eventually be hidden beneath walls and finishes, the work we do here is the bedrock for this dream home’s longevity and safety. Collaborating with such talented partners, including McQueen Custom Homes and Kim Gales, is always rewarding, as it takes a unified team effort to make projects of this scale and caliber come to life.
