This project consisted of a 19,100 SF new two-story credit union. The structural system is a steel framed structure utilizing steel roof joists and composite beams and beams for the second floor. KSS utilized the masonry shafts in the building to cost effectively provide lateral resistance and rigidity to the building. A shallow foundation system was used to support this building.
